Zabbix 5.0 API AUTH token expiration - SHORT QUESTION
Hi everyone
Since january 2024 I started working on Zabbix at work. I have been using about all my time on Zabbix since, and I must say I love Zabbix
Now - I need to do a lot of API calls to another Zabbix instance, which I am NOT in control of, so my possibilities are limited to ReadOnly'ish
The API calls and data recieving works like a charme, but I need to reduce the API calls as much as I can...
And here is my questions:
1: Are there any API call I can do to see the expiration time of the API AUTH token on the 5.0 Zabbix installation?
2: What are the standard API AUTH token expiration time, if "Auto Logout" is set to "NO" ???
I have searched documentation and forum and a lot of googling, but no one seems to be able to answer....
PLEASE REMEMBER:
- I am addressing a 5.0 Zabbix
- I cannot see the configuration in GUI regarding users etc...
I really hope You know more about this than me - if nothing else, just a reply that "this cannot be done" or something like that - then I just know to stop looking
