    Mitel template

    Hello everyone,

We're running our own (on-premise) Mitel PBX, and so far we couldn't find proper ways to monitor it.

Officially we're not allowed to install the Zabbix agent on the Mitel Linux machines and we don't have a proper SNMP-based template, so we can only ping-test them.
    • Does someone has experience installing the Zabbix agent on Mitel Linux machines
    • Does someone have proper (SNMP and/or Agent-based) templates for Mitel

There's tonnes of information we would like to get from the PBX, but 'till now we can't even see basic system information like CPU utilization, etc. It would be great if someone could help us out.

Were you ever able to find a Mitel template? I've been looking myself and have come up pretty empty. It looks like I can set it as a generic SNMP Device and it will collect some info, but I'd like to get information on trunk utilization.
