Creating Triggers/Prototype Triggers for Web Monitoring

We have a Zabbix server and 2 proxies running v6.4.13. One of the proxies has 135 web scenarios monitoring whether our customer tenant websites are available every 15 minutes with a single step for the http response code of the root of the website.

I am confident in creating individual triggers for each website when the http response codes are between 400-599 however due to the number of websites, as well as the fact that new customer commissions require new web scenarios as well as decommissioning ones have to be removed I was hoping there is a way to LLD the web monitoring items and setup prototype triggers. Is this possible please?

Maybe if you have a discovery, that creates a host per website and attaches a predefined template to it...
But just create a X number of web scenarios on a single host from LLD, no... that is not possible...
From outside, over API, yes... as many as needed...
