Monitoring Services on the Windows machine

Hello,
I found a key parameter to log data for services been used on the computer and who is using it and some extra information regarding the it.
Zabbix Serve: 6.4
Zabbix agent 2 - windows machine in passive mode
New Item added to a Windows by Zabbix agent

Then when I go to a host - Latest data and find this newly created item I can see this:

As you can see data is not really readable, how I can make it more appealing for an eye?

as it says, it returns JSON formatted data. JSON is good for being a source for discovery. So you can add it, separate all this into dependent items and gather data.
