    Automatic Generated Charts with Errors

    Hello!

I'm facing an unusual problem. The charts that are automatically generated for each item with values are not being created correctly. The image generation process is stuck in an infinite loading state.

Upon inspecting the element on the page, I noticed it is returning a 500 error, indicating a connection failure during the chart generation.

My question is: how can I resolve this issue? Could it be a problem with zabbix-frontend-php or zabbix-nginx-conf?

I tried updating both, but the problem persists.

Currently, I am using Zabbix Server version 6.4.8 and PHP 7.4.

    Thank you for your help.

500 means that the web server experienced an error. What does nginx error.log say?

Thanks for the tip, I completely forgot about the apache log file.
I checked and it was missing a PHP dependency which was php7.4-gd

When doing the installation problem has been resolved.
Sorry for being a layman on the subject and not visualizing such a silly error.
But thank you very much for the tip being able to solve the problem.
