Monitor MS SQL Server DB size

Hi,

I am new to Zabbix.

I have imported the following template and I am monitoring both Standard editions and Express editions of MS SQL Server 2008 R2

I would like to know how to modify the template so that it can monitor the DB size and trigger an alert if a SQL Express DB reached 9GB or 90% of its size limit.

Is it an idea to add a Perfmon counter to the SQL server? If that's possible, you could create an item in Zabbix that's reading that perfmon counter. And if that works, you could create a trigger based on that item.

Perfmon-Counter:

All Databases Files Size Sum
Key: perf_counter[\SQLServer: Databases(_Total)\Data File(s) Size (KB)]

All TransactionLog Files Size Sum
Key: perf_counter[\SQLServer: Databases(_Total)\Log File(s) Size (KB)]


There may be more (detailed) counter available. Have a look into perfmon yourself if needed...

Good day colleagues I'm trying to monitotear a bd sql server, but not the instance for default, a new one with a different name, but I still can not.

Key item:

then
