Mountpoint across different servers - prevent multiple alerts

    Hello forum,

I have a NFS share that is mounted on a couple of servers (e.g. /mount1 ).
Once in a while this mount creates alerts because somebody/-thing writes it full, then the trigger creates alerts for all servers where that mount exists.

How can I prevent those mass alerts and for example have only 1 Alert created?

    Thanks for any ideas!

Yes you would have tags on all of them. But your correlation matches tags and closes new events. One of them is first anyway, that one will stay, others will be closed right away, no actions taken.

Hmnmm, I am quite puzzled on how to use this. It seems I need to add Tags to the triggers in question and then set the correlation based on those tags?
          Am I reading this correctly?
As I am discovering the mounted NFS filesystems, would I not add said Tag to all discovered mountpoints and hence the correlation would apply to all those mountpoints via the Tags?
Or am i missing something here?

You can have overrides within discovery and matching mountpoint name to add certain tag there. We use that when creating triggers with different severities based on item/trigger name.
