This one has me a little stumped and I haven't been able to determine what the problem is. I have created many trigger actions but for some reason, this one will not fire off. I set up a simple action that is tied to a PagerDuty webhook and right now I only want Disaster level triggers in one specific host group to go through it. When I try to test if this action is working it never shows that it is attempting to fire it off. I have made sure the problems are the right severity level and that the host is indeed in the designated host group. I've been using Zabbix since 2.2 and have never encountered this before and I have created far more complex actions that have never had a problem, I can't figure out what is going on with this one.
