i try to integrate our Zabbix to Zammad.
I've read the Dokumentation and configur it succesfull.
I add a trigger to the Datapoint "ICMP Lost" with the Marker "Device Offline" this marker added to the Zammad Webhock.
So, if a Device goes offline i get the notification about it. now i want that the Ticket is closed, if the device goes online again. But it Doesn't work.
Is it right that i have to set an Marker? I doesn't read anything about it in the Dokumenation, but without it doesn't work for me.
Any Ideas?
