How to update zabbix trapper item value

I try to update zabbix trapper item value with specific timestamp,
but the zabbix have two values with same timestamp.
How to update zabbix trapper item value with specific timestamp?

for example:
I have a zabbix trapper item 'BUYER.PV',
and my python job use zabbix_sender send a value like
'Zabbix_server BUYER.PV 1482314220 4432'.
after one hour ,I want to update 'BUYER.PV' value to 5000 with timestamp 1482314220 .

Then I found two records in zabbix database:
1482314220 4432
1482314220 5000

But what I want is :
1482314220 5000

Well that's expected result.
Sender is not able to update already stored values.
You are not able to do that even from frontend.

Each value sent to Zabbix server, will be stored as new value in database.
