Action not running

I have create this very simple action, and it works for one Host group but not for another... which is a bit odd and I cannot find out why.



The problem is generated, but there are no Actions being executed, and no e-mail is sent.



But for another Host Group, this problem generates actions and successfully sends an email



Now I cannot find where this would be a configurable? Why it would complete ignore actions on one host group but run it on another. Here is an image of the trigger not running the Actions.

Does the Helpdesk user have access to the hosts? If the user is not allowed to access the host, they will not be notified, AFAIK.

Wow, can't believe I missed that. Sometimes you don't see the forest because of all the trees.
