same trigger alert stop in zabbix

I'm using Zabbix 3.2; I've configured mail alert Action for all triggers.
    My question is,
Say trigger(A) alerts (Problem event) on escalation and returns to normal (Ok event alert) after few mintues. I need to stop the alert if same 'A' Trigger happened in next few mintues. How can it be possible?
I've tried with this documentation; https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...on/escalations

Let me make sure I understand.

If a condition is true you want an alert -- let's say a metric is more than X.

Then if that metric returns to less than X and returns to an OK state, the event ends.

Later the metric exceeds X again -- are you saying you want to alert ONLY if there has not been an alert in the last X minutes? This is a new event, normally.

I ask because the idea of escalations is a bit different, and relates to how long one event goes on, and not repeated events that oscillate between OK and Problem. The normal way to prevent oscillation is hysteresis, though as typically implemented this ensures the problem status remains longer than otherwise. I.e. in the above, require the metric to fall not just below X, but far below X.

Thanks Linwood; its better to consider using hysteresis concept to avoid flaps
