Zabbix agent not green for all servers

I have a weird issue that I am using the template: Windows by Zabbix agent active.

Some of my servers the icon is green while others it's not. They are all enabled and collecting metrics as you can see in my screenshot. I am not using a proxy and i have singular Zabbix server. I am not entirely sure what's going on or if i should be concerned with it as I see servers are reporting in with problems, but the icon is not green so not sure if that something I have to worry about.

I am currently using Zabbix 6.0.30

These are also new servers that i haven't monitored before as it's from an acquisition as my ip space my server is on is a 10.x.x.x

Hello Frank,
Have you checked whether the systems have several Zabbix interfaces set up?
I prefer the DNS address of the system instead of the IP address.
Perhaps the configured IP is not suitable.

I have and it does not. The company was previously using a different solution. I ended up getting it fixed just by using the passive template then it turned green and then i switched back to the active template and it stayed green. So, who knows what happened. It had the active agent on there for a few days before I reached out.

So, I guess you can consider this case closed and chalk it up to user error or something like thank. Thanks for the help and suggestion.
