Good day,
I am a GUI User and a little confused on how SLA-Services work, I defined services, set a problemtag to them, set a tag on the hostlevel, checked the inheritence on items and triggers.
The rule that I defined is that if there is even 1 status set on information to set the status of the service to high.
Problem is: the triggers and items inherit the tag from the host, but the problemstatus is not delegated to the Service.
Am I doing something wrong here, are there serverside dependencies?
I even watched the 40 min Zabbix workshop on that topic and I am pretty positive that I replicated it fully.
If you need screenshots of something I will happily provide them.
Thanks in advance
