Importing a template brings back tag is missing error

When trying to import the MSSQL by zabbix agent 2 template from the zabbix website i receive the following error. Any assistance on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.

There is a potential workaround mentioned (download a previous commit version of the same file).
