Fire trigger when new host added or deleted

I want to fire trigger when new host is created or host is deleted.
is it possible to do that?
im using Zabbix 2.4

Hi,

i dont think there is an option like that what i can suggest is
maybe to make a bash script with mysql quary to :

#mysql -D zabbixdb -N -s -e "select ip,dns from interface"
and to compere it once in a while and if it changes you can make a trigger.
