Monitor a file on windows mounted drive

    Hi Friends,

I want to monitor a file (text/log) on windows mounted drive and want to set trigger based on content match. I had used the "log[d:\<path-to-file>, <content-to-check>]" but somehow its not working. Kindly suggest if anything is wrongly configured or suggest some links which I can refer.

    Thanks in advance.

Can you make a screenshot of your item definition, or specify to us how did you create your item, and what you set in each field ?

I have to test tomorrow at work, but I'm not sure at all you can use a wildcard like you did for the file.. It should be somename.txt, not *.txt
        The same for the directory.

          Hi SBO,

Its a test.txt file, I used wildcard just to not give exact name of the file. Kindly let me know if you had found any solution.

          Thanks in advance.
