    MariaDB verssion error on Debian12 (zabbix proxy)

    Hello I am new to zabbi,
    after installation of zabbix proxy on debian12 I got this error

    Changed the parameter AllowUnsupportedDBVersions=1 and got this

    Installation was made following the commands in official site, do I need to start from scratch with other distibution then debian?

      After this I completlly removed the MariaDB server installed from scratch with the same result, so the MaridaDB SQL tha came from Debian12 repositoires is not OK for Zabbix_Proxy but works OK for Zabbix Server.
      On the server that is working OK I have

      Welcome to the MariaDB monitor. Commands end with ; or \g.
      Your MariaDB connection id is 8440
      Server version: 10.11.6-MariaDB-0+deb12u1 Debian 12
      think I will test the proxy on ubuntu and post here the results

          you seem to have some mixup there with versions... DB is v7 but proxy wants v6... what version of proxy you have installed? Early versions of v6 can really claim that you have too new MariaDB ...
          Added support for MariaDB versions:
          - 10.7.X since Zabbix 6.0.6;
          - 10.8.X since Zabbix 6.0.7;
          - 10.9.X and 10.10.X since Zabbix 6.0.13;
          - 10.11.X since Zabbix 6.0.15;
          - 11.0.X since Zabbix 6.0.21;
          - 11.1.X since Zabbix 6.0.23;
          - 11.2.X since Zabbix 6.0.27;
          - 11.3.X since Zabbix 6.0.29;
          - 11.4.X since Zabbix 6.0.32.

              Hello, thank you for the responce
              the proxy installation was made with the commands

              wget https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/7.0/d...bian12_all.deb
              dpkg -i zabbix-release_7.0-2+debian12_all.deb
              apt update

              apt install zabbix-proxy-mysql zabbix-sql-scripts
              after failure I removed MariaDB-server completly and installed maridadb server again with same results.
              there is something rong with the package of zabbix-proxy for debian12


              Started new VM installed ubuntu, installed zabbix-proxy in mysql on ubunto and all is working like a charm.

                  zabbix-proxy-mysql 7.0.2 works here on Debian 12 with MariaDB 10.11.6-0+deb12u1:
