The agent2 no show smart data.

Hello,
I has install zabbix agent2 and setup visudo done.
visudo setup

zabbix ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:/usr/sbin/smartctl

But the zabbix server always no data about zabbix agent2.The item is empty like screenshot

And this server setup about zabbix

How to fix it?
