Zabbix FreeNas Disk inventory monitoring problem

Hi
We monitor 2 FreeNas servers on SNMP.

First One
Disk partitions (324), General (5), Interfaces (33), Memory (18), Processors (16), ZFS statistics (14)

Second One
General (5), Interfaces (33), Processors (16), ZFS statistics (14)

Sometimes we get this error on two of them
Timeout while connecting to "x.x.x.x.:161"

Why zabbix can not monitor disk partitions on second frenas server ?
Can anyone help us?

Zabbix - FreeNas communication is very slow.Now zabbix is monitoring disk inventory.

Check 'Zabbix server health' host screen and increase poller and cache values if necessary.
