Custom Interval

Having a little trouble with custom intervals. I am trying to schedule an item every thirty seconds exactly on HH:MM:00 and HH:MM:30 but seems like it is working more intermittently for me than anything. I did review the documentation here and followed that as a guide. Am I missing something some where? Appreciate any help here!

Anything in server logs? Maybe it just struggles to get data at so short interval?

as mentioned by cyber, check logs, those 30s might be too much to get data.
