Monitor folder accessibility

Hi Friends,

I need to monitor whether folders are accessible on windows server using Zabbix. I had checked and found that it can be done somehow by monitoring a file within that folder, but is there a way that I can monitor directly whether folder is accessible or available.

Keep in mind that userparameter check will be done from SYSTEM user which can access almost anything. My bet will be on parsing icacls with a script.

Hi Friends,

Can someone share the key to be use for monitoring a file existence on windows server, I got something like "vfs.file.exists[c:\test.txt]", but I had a doubt over parameters given within braces. Can someone clear my doubt.
