    tool for automating Zabbix configuration through Api

    Hi guys,

    This might be a little bit offtopic, but I could not find a better place to ask this question.

    I have developed a GUI tool which allows massive updates in Zabbix in a friendly and efficient way. I was wondering in the first place if there is any interest in such a tool and if yes, in which section of this forum should I showcase it.

      Word "massive" suggests it is suitable for large environments..

      People ask for very wide variety of things here. I am pretty sure there will be someone, who needs your tool..

              Albeit our deployment is not "massive" I would like to have a look. Could you please post few screenshots or web link with little bit more information?

                      Almost 3 months have passed since I've said that I'm preparing a presentation in a couple. Unfortunately I'm just a poor engineer with terrible presentation skills, not to mention that I am perfectionist (in a bad way).

                      But finally here it is as I've finally managed to pull something together. So here is a small presentation (work still on progress on the presentation & documentation)

                      ZbxWizz is a tool to mean to improve the workflow of working with data in Zabbix. That is, onboarding new hosts and in general creating new resources in Zabbix, extracting and updating data from and into Zabbix by leveraging the Zabbix API. Normally one would do such things by developing custom scripts that interact with the Zabbix API. By using ZbxWizz one must only create "request templates" which can be saved for later use.

                      But because an image is worth a thousand words and a video one million, I've created a video showcasing the onboarding of a few hosts in Zabbix using the tool.
