Zabbix Server is no Running no Logs Files

We have a zabbix server today we have problems, reviewing the service indicates that it is running with errors.

When checking the server logs, the file does not exist

Your errors indicate some permission issues with /var/log/zabbix directory (cannot open... permission denied) ... fix that first, then try to start again...
