    Agents are not responding

    Dear all,

    All of a sudden, none of the agents on the clients are responding. I restarted the agent service on all the clients . but it is not helping us in anyways....still the agents are not responding...there is no monitoring now...

    Zabbix is configured to monitor our production environment...Please can somebody help us at the earliest.

    from the server, can you telnet to the zabbix agents.. how about vice versa?

      We tried giving telnet from the client on port 10051 and from the sevrer to the clients on port 10050. it is connecting.....the agent services are also running.......but no clue why all the agent are showing as not responding.

        Perhaps something happenned on server side. Perhaps your system time has been changed.

          Dear Alexie.

          Thanks for the reponse.

          WE have not made any changes to the zabbix server....in the agent.log there are no errors. I am not able to figure this problem.
