Windows: Zabbix agent is not available (for 3m)

Hello guys,

I would like to change the severity from "Average" to "High" for the item "Windows: Zabbix agent is not available (for 3m)"
I also would like to apply this to all hosts / template.

Is there a way to this? We run Zabbix 6.4

Severity is part of a trigger, not item...
But just open your template, choose the trigger and change the severity... it will affect all the hosts, where this template is attached...
