    API Trigger issue

    Hi All,

    I successfully setup a Media type webhook to our CRM, I've managed to test it successfully however, when a problem occurs, I cannot get the Webhook to trigger and create a ticket. Has anyone resolved this issue in the past?

    Too few information about the setup... Does your trigger match your action config. Does your user, who is used in action, have access to all required resources (hosts)?
