    SNMP Dell PowerConnect Service Tag

    I've added the MIB files for a Dell PowerConnect switch. I can snmpwalk and get the following data.

    appliance@zabbix:~$ snmpwalk -v2c -c CommunityName X.X.X.X 1.3.6.1.4.1.674.10895.3000.1.2.100.8.1.4
    Bad operator (INTEGER): At line 73 in /usr/share/mibs/ietf/SNMPv2-PDU
    Unlinked OID in IPATM-IPMC-MIB: marsMIB ::= { mib-2 57 }
    Undefined identifier: mib-2 near line 18 of /usr/share/mibs/ietf/IPATM-IPMC-MIB
    Expected "::=" (RFC5644): At line 493 in /usr/share/mibs/iana/IANA-IPPM-METRICS-REGISTRY-MIB
    Expected "{" (EOF): At line 651 in /usr/share/mibs/iana/IANA-IPPM-METRICS-REGISTRY-MIB
    Bad object identifier: At line 651 in /usr/share/mibs/iana/IANA-IPPM-METRICS-REGISTRY-MIB
    Bad parse of OBJECT-IDENTITY: At line 651 in /usr/share/mibs/iana/IANA-IPPM-METRICS-REGISTRY-MIB
    Dell-Vendor-MIB:roductIdentificationServiceTag.16845057 = STRING: 57HR741

    The bottom line tells me the key is productIdentificationServiceTag.16845057
    and I know the OID is 1.3.6.1.4.1.674.10895.3000.1.2.100.8.1.4

    However, when I try to create a new item it says "Not Supported". What am I doing wrong. I'm not sure what is causing the errors in snmpwalk.

    Try 1.3.6.1.4.1.674.10895.3000.1.2.100.8.1.4.16845057

    or the friendlier version: Dell-Vendor-MIB:roductIdentificationServiceTag.16845057

    No idea what those digits on the end are, but it seems to be a subkey of the main OID.

      This seemed to work.

      key productIdentificationServiceTag.16845057
      OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.674.10895.3000.1.2.100.8.1.4.16845057
