How to query oracle DBs for queries that are consuming the most cpu

Hey All

I am currently working on a project to re-platform my companies monitoring system and wanted to confirm how, if possible, I could monitor an oracle DB and pull metrics regarding the queries with the largest resource footprint (i.e. CPU/RAM etc). I've already reviewed the oracle setup, however, I wanted to verify if what I require can be done.
