Recovery Operations Notification Issue

I am running into an issue with the recovery notifications. For example, I have it set up to send a notification after a device stops responding to pings after 1m and 30s. However, if the device recovers before 1m and 30s, I don't get the problem notification. That part is working perfectly. However, If the issue resolves before 1m and 30s I still get the recovery operations notification. I would like this to be disabled unless the problem has exceeded 1m and 30s. Is that possible?

Wild guess... change recovery operation to "Notify all involved". In that case notification is sent to those, who were notified about starting. If that was not done at all(problem resolved earlier), then recovery should also be sent to noone...
Currently you are commanding it so be sent in any occasion.
