    Hi team,

For how long have your setup been running and what is your typical amount of days that you keep the item history and item trends for?

Like we're not using the "innodb_file_per_table" and our Zabbix database isn't increasing in size that much and we're doing almost 1000 nvps (new values/s).
The deletions that the housekeeper makes does not free up visible disk space, but it allows for new data to be inserted into the place where records was deleted previously - or at least that is what I understand from it.

So if you're keeping history for 90 days (which is the default on the stock Zabbix templates), and you've only been running your Zabbix system for less than 90 days, then Zabbix will consume a lot of disk space, no matter what you do (except for changing the amount of history to keep for the items).
