Discovery action won't link template

Hi, I am struggling with this one thing. My discovery action won't link the templates to the hosts eventhough it adds the host, adds it to the host group but it won't link it to the template.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Verify, if you have identical items in those templates? It may fail, if you try to add same item from different templates..
Does tit work, if you try to add just one template?
