MSSQL / zabbix agent 2 / cannot accept encrypted connection

Agent and plugin 7.0.4.

When enabling template, immediately raises alert: Service is unavailable.

Agent log says: 2024/09/30 12:55:32.938294 failed to process an incoming connection from xx.xx.xx.xx: cannot accept encrypted connection.

Psk enabled between agent and z server...

Z server gets normally other data from agent.

What should configure and how?

This error depends agent passive setting, I found. With mssql template zabbix_agent2.conf I had server and server.active configuration. With psk and passive server configuration will come error cannot accept encrypted connection. I found this, when I did performance monitoring Iten, which had type: Zabbix agent. With this I got same error and when changed it to Zabbix agent active, error did dissappeared and item did start work. For my disappointment, this MSSQL template for agent 2 does not start to work even connection error did go away...
