Zabbix Dashboard Widget not working--need guidance

Hey Guys, Just delving into the world of zabbix. Me and my colleague are trying to setup Zabbix but can't seems to make the dashboard widget to work. When i click the "add a new widget" icon and try to create the most basic widget for e.g. clock, as soon as i click on the add button, the widget box goes back to it's original State. i have tried it with different types but with the same result. I know that zabbix is collecting data under monitoring > latest data. The host being monitored is a windows server 2019 running v6.4.

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated

Hi, ensure that the user account you are logged in with has the correct permissions to add and modify dashboard widgets.

Thanks so much for the reply, i do have the the super admin role with everything enabled and tried it with different browser as but issue still persists.. any other suggestions?

z1. I have already created a test dashboard, i click on the "Add a new widget" option and get the attached screen. I choose type: clock Name: "test clock" and the default settings
z2. As soon as i click Add, it goes to the attached screen
z3. this is where the widget goes with my cursor, when i left click it, i can can then resize it but as soon as i leave the left mouse button it goes...
z4. back to "add a widget" and again the cycle repeats .

Saving changes bring me back to the add widget screen. This happen with every other widget type and not just the clock

Hi, can you check logs for any errors also can you make sure that all packages installed correctly?

We are able to get the dashboard working by setting up the zabbix server again. Really appreciated your input on this. thanks again
