What's the recommended value for "BufferSize" in Zabbix Agent 2 Config?

Hello.
I was receiving a message saying "Buffer is full, cannot store persistent value", and because of this some values were not being sent to my Zabbix Server. I increased the value to 10000 (The default was 100) but I really don't know how to calculate this.
How do I find the suited value for the active checks in my server? Thanks.

Do you happen to have also have EnablePersistentBuffer enabled? You should not use those at the same time...
