    Is there a way to make Problem Actions popup menu persist?

    We're planning to make these actions a bit convoluted and complex, so being able to review the action log and the reason why some workflows failed directly from the problem would be really useful; however the pop-up disappears after 3-4 seconds.

    I know we can view them in detail from the action log, but given that the frontend will be shared by some agents, it would be great to review directly from the problem.

    Finally found the reason: The User Setting "Refresh" causes it to reload the pop up tag. I had a low refresh time (5s) which caused the tag to disappear every 5s indeed! Upping it to 60s fixed it!

      If you click on that number it stays until you refresh the page... Or I do not understand what you mean...
