Send data with WGET or CURL

Hi.

Is possible to send data for one host without any external problem, except wget or curl?
I have an embbeded system which I can't install anything, but I need to send some data to my zabbix server. I can't access this board, but this board CAN access zabbix server. Also, I have all my data already formated in json.
How do I send to my zabbix server for one specific host? Is it possible? Any example?

Hello, is this still the case in 2022?

i have some devices (behind NAT) so zabbix server can't connect directly (ssh or http agent)
and devices is embedded (so i can't install or execute zabbix_sender)

my best option is call zabbix server (cloud) from embedded but with wget / curl / http call...
