Pathing Zabbix Server

Hi, I am planning to regularly patch single Zabbix server.
Do I need to create any "new maintenance periods" for Zabbix server or any pre-patch scripts or smth to avoid false alarms or other issues or its already build-in in Zabbix?
Is there any official guidance for Zabbix patching?
