    E-mail notification with Office365

    Hello everyone,

    I have searched on the web a solution, but at this time i haven't got anything....

    So, I activated the mail notification on Zabbix. And I use Office365 account.

    And configured Zabbix like this :




    But This configuration doesn't work...

    Can you help me please ?

    can you see at Reports -> Action log any error ?
    did you even set an action to get emails ?

      You've set it up exactly the same way I did, and it works for me. So I don't think it's a configuration issue.

      Logs would help.

        I can see two types of Alert.

        One failed message for the admin user. But it's normal because, I haven't configured media.
        And for my user I have this message :
        Code:
        In progress:
        3 retries left
        Yes, I enabled "Report problems to Zabbix administrators" in Configuration-> Action.

          Have you checked that it is not being blocked by FW policy?

            Yes, I have 4 rules

            -one rule to accept icmp requests
            -one rule to accept http, https and snmp in inbound
            -one rule to accept ssh in inbound form my office
            -one rule to accept all in outbound

            Should SMTP be allowed in inbound?
