Interface Up/Down notification disable

Hello,
We are monitoring the network devices on the zabbix but up/down notifications is to many times showing in the problems section, how to disable that notifications for all device ?

Hello! You could edit the template you're using and disable this specific trigger, but up and down status is usually something that you want to know, so be sure about it.

Another approach would be to increase the amount of checks that have to result in fail for a alert to be created (this would work if the problems you are facing are caused due to some network latency and these interfaces are in the down state for a low period of time).

In the Template, change the macro: {$IFCONTROL} to 0
