1.did you make a change before it happed ?
2.which zabbix server?
3.what server your running ?

I don't change anything in config zabbix. It suddenly happen.
My zabbix server is zabbix 3.2
My server is Centos 7x64

Have a look at the log file of Zabbix server. I suspect that you probably hit the limit of configuration cache. If so, just increase its size in zabbix_server.conf and restart.

can you atteched a full log file from when you restart ?

try run like this :

systemctl stop zabbix-agent.service

and then :

chown -R zabbix:zabbix /var/log/zabbix
chown -R zabbix:zabbix /var/run/zabbix
chmod -R 775 /var/log/zabbix/
chmod -R 775 /var/run/zabbix/

/usr/sbin/zabbix_agentd -c /etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.conf

(change path /home/zabbix/ to your own zabbix path if needed)

did you disable Selinux ?

check cpu\memm\ df -h
