    Proxy and Server sync

Hi! Im changinz zabbix server to a new one (new vm). I have a database backup that takes 3 hours to restore in the new server. What happen with the data sent from the proxy to the new serve, since it wil have 3 hours delay? That data was sent to the old server from the proxy. Do the proxy will resend it again when there is a gap detected in the new server?
    Hope to be clear.
    Many thanks!

If your proxy sent the data away, it will not repeat it. It considers it being sent and "forgets it". If you disconnect a proxy, then based on buffers config etc, it might collect and keep it until it manages to send it away (when connetion is restored.. )
