WTF zabbix agent refusing connection???

Still a noob, but why on earth is my agent refusing connections?? I have the ip address of the server specified, so what gives? PSK is fine. Log file shows:

failed to accept an incoming connection: connection from "192.168.10.244" rejected, allowed hosts: "'192.168.10.244','127.0.0.1','zabbix'"

server log shows:

SSL_shutdown() with 192.168.10.244 returned error code 5: TLS read warning alert "close notify"

I'm lost. I followed everything to the letter when installing this, or so I thought. Anyone have a clue what is going on?

why do you have apostrophes around ip ?

Uh...that's the printout from the log file? The config file has single quotes.

Is it set as a value of Server separated by single quotation?
ex.

Server='192.168.10.244','127.0.0.1','zabbix'

Please set the IP address by just comma separating it.
ex.

Server=192.168.10.244,127.0.0.1,zabbix
