    Displayed version

    Hi guys,

    I got a zabbix server that was 6.x and became 7Alpha --> 7Beta.
I change the repo in my source.list to get the V7 release:
    https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/7.0/debian bullseye InRelease

And I am with a V7 if I read well:

But footer on web page still writing I'm in beta version:

    Command line for zabbix version:
    ~# zabbix_server --version
    zabbix_server (Zabbix) 7.0.0beta1
    Revision 9bc845eca94 30 January 2024, compilation time: Jan 30 2024 10:12:46

Am I the only one? Did I miss a thing?

    Regards

Hey! If you take a look here:
Zabbix is being downloaded over 4 000 000 times every year for a reason. Download and install Zabbix for free and try it yourself!

You will see that Zabbix Server 7.0 ins't available for Debian 11 (Bullseye)

That's probably why you can't get a newer release and are stuck in a beta version.
You should look into upgrading your system.

      Hello,

      I guess you should :
      1) Try in incognito mode
      2) in Ubuntu Server pass this command --> apt list --installed | grep 'zabbix'
      #check zabbix-web- version

      Kind regards.

        Thanks GermanStar,

Don't know what you mean by "incognito mode".
BTW, the command you gave me make me see that "zabbix-apache-conf", "zabbix-frontend-php" and "zabbix-server-mysql" are in beta version.

        apt install --only-upgrade zabbix-server-mysql zabbix-frontend-php
gives me they are up to date.

Need to find how I can update them, if possible!

I am not sure but ,
Could you please try these commands :

          apt update
          apt-get install --only-upgrade PackageName

Also if it is possible, please share us command outputs.

          Kind regards.

              Hi
              Thanks Kyus!
How can I have not verify this?!?

I did the full-upgrade to Bookworm
I had to wget the zabbix debian12 release and then update/upgrade

              Everything is fine now.

              Thanks again
