Slack Alert to users with space in their Slack username

Trying to figure out how to add Slack media type for a user whose Slack username is "@First Lastname". I tried putting it in double quotes - still get a "Slack notification failed : channel_not_found" error on test. Works fine for all users with "normal" usernames.

Any suggestions? I can't seem to find anything that would help.

Hi, did you try using user identifier instead of "@First Lastname"?
