I have a web application hat is built on top of Zabbix APIs. The purpose of the app is to integrate several such monitoring tools and provide a uniform interface to the monitoring. In this regard I'm stuck with a requirement where I need to pass on a set of values from the app the Zabbix action script. The set of values are captured in the app and I need to pass on those values to Zabbix alert script to trigger some events to downstream systems.
I was looking at Zabbix user defined macros but couldn't find any solution as of now. Could you please guide me in this regard?
