snmp or zabbix-agent?

What would you recommend me, to use snmp or zabbix agent?

Let's say that:

- All of the devices that I'd want to monitorize have snmp
- There is no problem to install zabbix agent
- I can retrieve the same data using both agents

What options has more benefits?
