    Zabbix Migration- Rearchitect

    Hi,
We are planning to Migrate zabbix from aws to On-prem. Currently zabbix is hosted in one server with db and front end installed on the same server.

As part of migration we are planning for High availability, our infra has around 500 devices with half of them being servers and other half with Network devices.
What is the best architecture we can use. Can we have two Zabbix servers with active passive failover, with database on both being in sync. Or can we have two zabbix servers and one database isolated for both of them?
Kindly suggest which is the best architecture and suggest any alternative if needed. We prefer simple and efficient architecture.

    Regards
    Fadil

In your environement there has to be one Zabbix database, how you install it, is up to you. You can build a HA DB and show it to both HA servers, but they both have to see and use same DB. Zabbix server HA setup is described in documentation...
