How to make a Ping check for a all my hosts

Hello everyone, I would like to create a trigger to check the availability of hosts (ping check) and send an email to the administrator if a host is offline.
We have a lot of hosts, so I prefer not to have to do one by one, but rather all in one.
    Best regards

Why? Whats wrong with having a simple check icmpping in each host.? Let it do its job, spreading load over time etc...

Hi, You can try to do it using templates. Create a template and add item that will check ping. You can then mass update hosts to add templates to them. After that create trigger action to send emails to administrators. Hope that helps

Hi, I expressed myself badly, what I would like to do is raise an alert every x time if the zabbix agent of a host is not connected.

          Choices:
          1. "Multiple problem event generation" on the trigger, which will fire every time the item is polled, so could be incredibly noisy
          2. Escalation steps on the trigger action, this will allow you to choose the re-notification time independently of the item polling interval
