Zabbix and Node-red

Hi,

I recently started working with nodered and I installed node-red-contrib-zabbix-sender (node) - Node-RED in my Node-red and as far i'm concerned i'm sending data to zabbix, but I can't figure out how to show it, so I can monitorize correctly.

Here’s the data I’m working with:

• Host: X
• Data Probe: ProbeX (ranging from 1 to 6)
• Degrees: XX.X

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Did you do all required config on Zabbix side? Host(s), items etc?
It is not just send it somewhere...

Hi, thanks for you reply, I tried but can't figure how to show the data in zabbix, tried creating the host and items, but it doesn't work.

I'm pretty new to zabbix, so as I said any help or guidance is appreciated

Have you tried manual ? https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/current/en/manual
based on examples from your linked page
you need a host called "Host: X" and items "Probe1" to "Probe6" (name and key set to "Probe<whatever number it is>", type trapper, value type float). Somehow on the other side you need to configure zabbix server location and then send data away. You should see arrived data under "Latest data"
